Roswell, Georgia.

Full interior buildout for a primary care physicians office. Design included custom ADA compliant reception desk and surrounding shelving, slat wall, and a renovated existing door. Existing interior brick veneer was exposed to provide for a more comfortable doctor and staff work areas. Project also features custom selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

RNDC Livonia

Livonia, Michigan.

630,000 sf liquor distribution facility with 38,000 sf of class A office space and a 350 person auditorium. 

As a liquor and wine distributor the client had a variety of programming requirements ranging from permanent offices, space for traveling sales teams, to hospitality / mixology space for drink mixing presentations and client meetings. This project underwent a switch from pre-planned tilt-up to precast insulated panels due to timing and winter conditions on site.

Project role – Lead Design Architect for the project from preliminary through finish selection and Construction Administration to closeout. Custom design of modern geometric artwork spanning the walls of the lobby and mixology rooms as well as all of the millwork.

Cozy 1,100 sf Retail startup coffee shop and Bakery located inside a strip mall type shopping center.

270,000 sf liquor distribution facility with 28,000sf of class A office space and a 260 person auditorium.

Project role – Project designer from preliminary through finish selection and Construction Administration to closeout. Responsible for reception, mixology, material selection, and award winning tilt-up design innovation.

Atlanta – South Fulton Industrial Corridor, Georgia

100,000sf warehouse redevelopment – 14,000sf corporate office with a 16,000sf food grade chemical manufacturing and packaging coupled with the remaining 70,000 sf of warehouse and distribution space.
Project was part of the Fulton Industrial redevelopment initiative

Project role – Design Architect for the project from preliminary through finish selection and Construction Administration to closeout as well as custom design for all of the millwork.
